I have noticed that all the members seem to be spread out a little over the country or even the globe, so here is an idea, lets have regional meet ups , so some of the people near each other can get to know one another..
Then try to meet everyone at this years dive show in Birmingham.

Also i have a question how many of us have managed to dive with someone due to this site?

Organised “splash in’s” are usually popular, followed by organised beer drinking

I’ve only just joined but already know a couple on here from ‘real life’.

If anyone wants to come to Cornwall for a dive let me know, I’m always diving even when I’m not teaching.

I’m diving with Sue this week so the site has definitely help me and I will meet Dawn, Wabit, Jess and hopefully a few others at the Divefest.

I am yearning to dive in Cornwall....

Maria you are more than welcome to come and stay and mine and Sue will take us out diving!!!

Thanks Dawn - that would be lovely, but I have two boys that would want to come too so would really need to rent somewhere, find a caravan or pitch a tent or something.  Would be great to meet up though and do some diving…

That sounds like a great plan, we will be exhibiting at Birmingham.  two members from the site, from Norfolk and Liverpool dived with us on Wednesday at Newquay life boat slip, one was first uk dive!  He loved it and will now dive uk waters!

If you wish to dive a location send a message asking members to take you!  We will organise regional meets and dives

Seriously though - I was thinking of spending a few days/ maybe a week in Cornwall during school SH but DH will have used up all his holiday allowance so I would be coming on my own with boys.  Seeing as I haven’t dived in Cornwall (other than Lundy) I would really like to do some while I am there but haven’t got my head around it yet as to how to do babysitting stuff - I might see if I could drag their aunty along or something…

Tribe lol well I have 9 and a 12 year lads! Hopefully we will be down the beginning of August maybe even the tail end of July! I think they break up on the 21st for the Hols

Even if I miss when your there the girls will definitely be up for a dive or 3 You can’t keep Sue out of the water
