A wet suit for all seasons lol
Bodyglove Thermolator 7mm Wet Suit
RRP £170
Well as wet suits go I’ve been very happy with my Bodyglove suit! I’ve now used it to dive in waters ranging from a positively bath like 16oC in lovely Cornwall last August, to a brisk 6oC at Cappernwray last weekend! lol
I know a wet suit in 6oC water I must be mad but I have to say I was surprised how warm I was! Trust me when I say that I’m not one of those divers that go out in all weathers! There’s no way you’d ever get me Ice diving lol not even if I did own a dry suit with a 30 tog under suit and electric heater lol So I was impressed by the performance of the Bodyglove to say the least! I have one tiny gripe lol Its probably the only thing I don’t like about the suit! It happens no matter the water temp and its that for some reason mine floods at the neck giving me a short sharp shock of cold water on entry lol Maybe its because my neck isn’t thick enough lol Hopefully one day I’ll manage to stop the flooding!
Here’s some info on the 7mm suit!
